How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
Zwell makes getting your products right to your door easy, inexpensive, and simple to understand, so that you don't have to worry about any additional or hidden costs with your order.

Canadian shipping and handling rates are -
FREE for all orders $75 or higher*
$8.00 for all orders under $75
* Total order must reach $75 before all applicable taxes
Products are shipped Canada Post expedited ground service. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to arrive. Rush delivery service is also available as a shipping option when you order, and you can always call us at 1-877-ZWELL-CA (1-877-993-5522) with questions.

Do you ship to the US?
For customers in the Continental United States, our shipping and handling rates are -
FREE for all orders $125 or higher*
$12 flat fee for all orders under $125
* Total order must reach $125 before all applicable taxes.

Products are shipped UPS Air, with 1 to 3 business day delivery. Products that ship to US addresses may be subject to brokerage and duty fees which may need to be paid as C.O.D. directly to the shipping Carrier delivering the package.

Where am I able to ship my order to?
Traditional Life Sciences currently markets to Canada and the contiguous 48 states of USA. Products that ship to US addresses may be subject to brokerage and duty fees which will need to be paid as C.O.D. directly to the shipping Carrier delivering the package.

Where will my order ship from?
Your order will be shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize Canada Post Expedited service in Canada. In the case of US orders it is USPS when the shipment crosses the border.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order on the same business day, shipping time is dependent on the carrier. Please expect orders to be received within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

TLS is proud of its “No Hassle” return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a complete and full refund. The unused portion of the purchase must be returned in its original packaging and condition within 90 days of purchase. A credit will be issued when we receive the returned product.
